Exclusively available to Virtual Meeting Exhibitors and Supporters ($2,000+), these commercially supported education sessions are held in conjunction with the Virtual Meeting program.
These sessions are approved on a first come, first serve basis. Applications will be available Summer 2020.

With higher levels of sponsorship comes greater exposure. There are five levels of sponsorship available:
Sponsorship at this level requires a $15,000 contribution.
• Complimentary Sponsored Presentation
• Company logo displayed during housekeeping slides
• Company logo in pre-meeting promotions
• Company logo on the website
• Verbal acknowledgment within the Welcome video and Business Meeting
• First/largest position placement of logo within the Virtual Meeting platform
Sponsorship at this level requires a $10,000 contribution.
• Ability to host a Sponsored Presentation
• Company logo displayed during housekeeping slides
• Company logo in pre-meeting promotions
• Company logo on the website
• Verbal acknowledgment within the Welcome video and Business Meeting
• Premier position placement of logo within the Virtual Meeting platform
Sponsorship at this level requires a $6,000 contribution.
