Annual Meeting Registration Fees
Registration fees will include full access to the virtual meeting content live and on-demand. This includes access to all meeting materials, scientific sessions, virtual posters and presentations, virtual Exhibit Hall, sponsored presentations/events, social/networking sessions and more!

Continuing Education Course Fees
A separate registration fee must be paid to attend the Continuing Education Courses.

Live courses to be held once a week between September 23-October 29; all courses will be available on-demand. Dates announced soon. You can add these to your registration at any time online by clicking "Modify Registration" in your confirmation email.
A letter of verification from a department chairman MUST accompany student registrations. Any student registration received with no verification letter will be processed at the higher NONMEMBER fee. Copies of student identification cards are NOT acceptable.
*Participants from Developing Countries
Developing countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income and Lower-middle-income economies; click here to see the Country Classification data. Participants registering from developing countries need to be verified by firstname.lastname@example.org.
Support for Startup Companies
The Safety Pharmacology Society believes it is important to support innovative discoveries, technologies and ideas, as well as the companies that are created as a result. If your company is a startup and is interested in attending the Virtual Meeting, please contact us to discuss how we can support your employees with one-time registration discounts.
If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be received in writing no later than August 31. The registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
