Annual Meeting Registration Fees

Registration fees include access to all meeting materials, scientific sessions, poster presentations, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall, sponsored presentations, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during the scientific sessions, buffet lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday and bagged lunch on Thursday. Please note: Due to our commitment in hosting high-quality science at venues in preferred locations for our annual meetings, we determined that a small fee increase was necessary in 2019. Thank you for your understanding.

Support for Startup Companies
The Safety Pharmacology Society believes it is important to support innovative discoveries, technologies and ideas, as well as the companies that are created as a result. * Each company is permitted 2 complimentary Exhibitors per 3m x 3m booth. Additional registrants should register at the Member/Nonmember rate. Exhibitors must pay to attend CE courses.

Social Event Tickets

Tickets can be purchased at the time of your Meeting registration. You will find the option to add the ticket in the “Session” section of the registration page. Click the box next to the name of the event and continue to checkout. If you need to increase the number of tickets for the event, please do so after you add the event to the cart. You will be able to change the quantity on the Shopping Cart page before checkout. Your total will recalculate when you change the quantity.

Waived Registration—US Federal and International Regulatory Agency Employees

In order to facilitate greater interaction with our regulatory colleagues, all US federal employees, and international regulatory agency employees may register to attend the 2019 SPS Annual Meeting in Barcelona, Spain at no charge. Waived registration is available to all active US federal employees, and all active employees at international regulatory agencies (must show valid regulatory/government ID at registration). Registration is required by September 1.

Student Registration

The Student registration fee includes the Annual Meeting proceedings, access to scientific sessions, Poster Presentations, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during the scientific sessions. A letter of verification from a department chairman MUST accompany student registrations. Any student registration received with no verification letter will be processed at the higher NONMEMBER fee. Copies of student identification cards are NOT acceptable.

Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration. Faxes will be accepted by SPS Headquarters only if a credit card number is clearly listed in the appropriate area.

Note: To prevent double-billing, if you are registering by fax, DO NOT mail your original registration form. SPS needs only one copy for processing. All mailed and faxed registration forms will be processed online by SPS staff.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be received in writing to SPS Headquarters no later than August 25. The registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
