Annual Meeting Registration Fees

Member and Nonmember registration fees include the Annual Meeting proceedings, access to scientific sessions, Poster Presentations, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during the scientific sessions, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday.

Continuing Education Course Fees

A separate registration fee must be paid to attend the Continuing Education Courses.

* Each company is permitted 2 complimentary Exhibitors per 100 sq ft booth. Additional registrants should register at the Member/Nonmember rate. Exhibitors must pay to attend CE courses.

Waived Registration – US Federal and International Regulatory Agency Employees

In order to facilitate greater interaction with our regulatory colleagues, all US federal employees, and international regulatory agency employees may register to to attend the 2015 SPS Annual Meeting in Prague, Czech Republic at no charge. Waived registration is available to all active US federal employees, and all active employees at international regulatory agencies (must show valid regulatory/government ID at registration). Registration is required by September 1.

Student Registration

The Student registration fee includes the Annual Meeting proceedings, access to scientific sessions, Poster Presentations, Welcome Reception, Exhibit Hall, morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during the scientific sessions. A letter of verification from a department chairman MUST accompany student registrations. Any student registration received with no verification letter will be processed at the higher NONMEMBER fee. Copies of student identification cards are NOT acceptable.

Alternatively, registrants paying by check or those not utilizing the Internet may submit their Registration Form by fax or mail.

Forms will be date-stamped as they arrive. This is your date of registration. Faxes will be accepted by SPS Headquarters only if a credit card number is clearly listed in the appropriate area.

Note: To prevent double-billing, if you are registering by fax, DO NOT mail your original registration form. SPS needs only one copy for processing. All mailed and faxed registration forms will be processed online by SPS staff.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration, all requests must be received in writing to SPS Headquarters no later than September 1. The registration fee will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.
