SPS has negotiated a reduced guest room rate of $239 per night plus tax. A gratuity fee of approximately $3 is charged to your room daily, eliminating the need for tipping hotel staff.

The Society has arranged discounted guest room rates at the Seaport Hotel. The hotel guest room rates that SPS has negotiated include many benefits for you and for SPS. Based on the number of guest rooms reserved by SPS attendees, the hotel provides to the Society reduced meeting room rentals and exhibit space fees. These savings are passed on to attendees through SPS economical registration rates.

Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the SPS room block can sometimes be more economical, it increased the overall Annual Meeting expenses and may also cause the Society to have to pay attrition fees for unutilized rooms. In addition, the Society is unable to assist you if you have any difficulties with your room reservation, such as the hotel over-booking or misplacing your reservation.
