Deadlines to Remember:

Junior Investigator Travel Award: July 1, 2009

Student Travel Award: June 1, 2009

Abstract Deadline: Abstracts are due by 12:00 Midnight on July 17, 2009

Hotel Reservations: Deadline has been extended to August 17, 2009

Continuing Education Registration: August 15, 2009 (Only those pre-registered will receive a class syllabi.)

Meeting Registration:

Early Registration: by May 15, 2009, prices increase after this date.

Advance Registration: May 16, 2009, through August 15, 2009. Only people registered AND PAID by August 15 will have their names on the list of attendees. Please note: Payments must be received within two weeks of on-line registration.

On-Site/Late Registration: August 15 through September 18, 2009.

Registrations after September 1 will be done on-site.

Cancellation Deadlines: August 15, 2009.
Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
