Junior Investigator Travel Award: July 11, 2008

Student Travel Award: June 25, 2008

DSA: January 11, 2008

Abstract Deadline: Abstracts are due by 12:00 Midnight on July 18, 2008

Hotel Reservations: July 25, 2008

Continuing Education Registration: August 22, 2008 (Only those pre-registered will receive a class syllabi.)

Meeting Registration:

Early Registration: by June 30, 2008, prices increase after this date.

Advance Registration: July 1, 2008 through August 21, 2008. Only people registered AND PAID by August 21 will have their names on the list of attendees. Please note: Payments must be received within two weeks of on-line registration.

On-Site/Late Registration: August 22 through September 25, 2008.

Registrations after August 21 will be done on-site.
Download the on-site registration form and bring it with you, filled out, and your credit card or a U.S. account check.

Cancellation Deadlines: August 25, 2008.
Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
