Poster Presentation Guidelines
For the 2008 Annual Meeting, Poster Boards are 4x8 Feet (Horizontal) in size and will require the use of pushpins to hang.
Posters will hang in the Exhibit hall on Level 1 both Tuesday and Wednesday:

Posters not claimed by 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 25 will be thrown away.

Individuals who submitted abstracts and requested they be considered for the poster competition, are asked to man their posters on Tuesday, September 23 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM. Winners of the poster competition will be announced during the Award Ceremony.
