Housing Reservations
Madison offers both small town charm and a range of cultural and recreational opportunities usually found in much larger cities. The Safety Pharmacology has made arrangements for the SPS annual meeting attendees to receive discounted room rates at various Madison Hotels via the Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau.
The Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau can provide you with one-stop assistance regarding your housing need.
To Make a Hotel Reservation and Hotel Descriptions:
To receive special SPS rates, please book through the Safety Pharmacology Society on-line housing system. Reservations will not be accepted directly through the hotels.
Once your reservation has been submitted, it will be confirmed in the MeetingMax Housing System. However, it will take a few days for the hotels to process all the reservations. Please be patient, as the hotels will not have your information in their system right away. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as the reservation is entered into the hotel system.
Need to cancel or change your reservation?
- Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please click on the link sent to you in your Meeting Max confirmation e-mail.
** If you have any questions about an existing reservation or how to make a reservation, please call (800) 373-6376 and ask for the Safety Pharmacology Society housing or e-mail your questions to wachter@visitmadison.com.
